An Example of Exceptional Customer Service
Now, that’s customer service!
XING, 1&1 Internet and many the other modern-tech-company-turned-dinosaurs style businesses could learn a lot from LinuxAcademy.com:
A week ago I’ve joined their trial program which would automatically turn into a paid subscription after 7 days. As always, I’ve set myself a reminder in case I wanted to cancel it in time.
The trial period ends tomorrow and I just got a mail from LinuxAcademy.com telling me that the trial ends and if I didn’t want to continue, I should make sure to cancel.
With convenient links and all!
Their material certainly is great, but I wasn’t sure if I really had the time right now. I probably would have cancelled my subscription to come back at another time.
However, with this example of truly exceptional customer service I will definitely stay and become a happy paying customer!
